*Very Important Pruners

On a very warm morning Lucia and I met Ms J who wanted some work done on her garden. She’d not been able to do anything in some time and it was a bit of a jungle! The main tasks were to saw back a large tree which was encroaching on her garden from her neightbour’s, as well as dig up various dead plants and prune back everything else. Lucia tackled the tree whilst I did some digging- and then we both fought an ultimately unsuccessful battle with a plant that had grown through its pot and rooted itself into the ground beneath! Garden looking tidier, we then gave Ms J a hand turning her mattress round and making the bed again so she could get a comfortable nights sleep. Mission accomplished - but with some interesting sunburn lines...!
