Welcome to the Bags of Fun

It's time to prepare for one of Luton's most exciting running events, the Love Luton Run Fest, a 5k, 10k and Half Marathon sportive. A well organised and enthusiastic team of volunteers are tasked with assembling the goody bags to be distributed to the several hundred marshalls involved on the day. Where better to delegate a Goodgym crew of five ? We were welcomed to the sorting HQ by Phil and her trusty volunteer team from Love Luton. The mountainous feast of fruit, chocolate snacks, drinks, crisps and pastries were organised in short order so our assembly line soon crackled with banter and hoots of laughter. Can't believe we are going to have to wait until next year to do it again.
