Weed don’t need no education (ok, maybe we do!)

Myself, Neil, Louise, Dan and Aimee had a really enjoyable community mission helping the Newcastle Eagles.
It was my first official day out of isolation so it was brilliant to see familiar friendly faces and to have a good catch up whilst weeding.
Neil was also the task owner and was explaining that there had been a wedding which explained all the confetti! Apparently the Bride had lost her wedding ring so I thought that was going to be our task (thankfully though it had been found outside)
Our debate all evening between all of us was as to whether it was actually a weed or a plant.
I'm still not quite sure myself but Neil was just happy that we had made the beds look much tidier (see the photos!)
None of us were gardening experts but I liked Louise's opinion that a weed is just a plant growing in the wrong place.
We definitely made good progress but there is still a lot to do, so I'm sure we will be back soon!
