Weed all love to bash some Balsam
3 GoodGymers made their way 6km to help their local community in Stockport.

Three GoodGymers narrowly escaped the Tuesday monsoon weather and ran 4.5 km to the beautiful Tudor gardens of Bramhall to help the Friends of Bramhall park to bash some Himalayan Balsam.
We were led into the depths of the valley forests and got a lesson in the brutal technique to bashing the Balsam.
Pull gently from the roots, snap before the first knob and then dash to one side.
A weirdly satisfying process!
So we pulled, snapped and dashed.
In no time at all, we cleared a large patch of Balsam before the torrential downpour hit.
