We're bushed!
11 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Chelmsford.

Eleven enthusiastic, friendly GoodGymer's met at Anglia Ruskin University to help clear a local gentleman's window. We ran the 1.4 miles to the location, thanks to Joel for lead running and Barbara and Cathy for tail running tonight. The task entailed revisiting the waste land alongside this man's home and cutting back the bushes from his windows. Due to the nature of the task and the amount of equipment available, we split into three groups, one group tasking, one group shuttle running and one group doing some squats, lunges or ski sits and then rotated so that everybody did everything! Hopefully no-one got cold before we ran the slightly longer 2 mile route back! Congratulations to Rachel who did her 50th good deed last week, and good luck to everyone running Chelmsford 10km this weekend. You can catch up with us on Saturday at Chelmsford Central Parkrun where we will be volunteering!
