We'll be Bark
8 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Colchester.

Eight wonderful runners turned out on this balmy evening in Colchester to bag up some bark for Colchester in Bloom. After a warm up, a headcount, and some chat about all the races we have run lately (go us!), we headed across town to get to work.
Pam supplied bags and tools, and Firstsite gave us extra too, so we quickly filled loads of bags with bark, and Pam explained her plans for the area. No doubt it will look blooming lovely in due course.
As it was a short run, we did some hill training on East hill - well done everyone - then headed back to cool down and do some stretches.
Remember to go cheer on Chrissie and Susie on Sunday - they are competing in the Panto Horse Derby on the high street between 11am - 3pm - it looks amazing.
Also, huge good luck to Michelle in the Loch Ness Marathon on Sunday!
