We cobbled a sprint together
2 GoodGymers made their way 8km on a training session in Sheffield.

2 Goodgymers set off in the dark on a hilly challenge...
Kat: How many hills are on this run Ash? Where are we going?
Ash: Did you look at my run route?
Kat: No, i thought it best not to..
Ash: Just a few dear
....More than a few hills later, half way through the run Antagoniser Ash had us sprinting up the cobbled cut through near our house... only to run on past into Meersbrook Park running up the steeeep hill. Ashen-faced with fear Kat plodded up the hill to Bishops' House.
We then ran down the way to Homebase through a long dark cut through wishing we had brought our head torches, continuing down to the Climbing Works to begin another ascent.
Saving a little energy until the end Sprinter Simmons (Kat) ran up the 'last hill' up to Chesterfield Road looking forward to the gentle run down to the chip shop, only to be confronted again by Antagoniser Ash directing her instead towards the Steepest of Stairsets!
We made it to the top and back to Meersbrook Park without injury and finished our run at the chip shop. The well behaved Simmons' forwent the greasy goodness in favour of healthy salmon.
Key learnings: Ash now knows 'forwent' is an actual word :) and hills are healthy and good fun :) :)
