Washing Up Stairs
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Portsmouth.
- Friday, 19th of March 2021
Katie and myself met up on a super sunny afternoon to help Mrs. B and her elderly daughter with a dishwasher dilemma! The sunshine prompted Katie to have her first run of the year in just a top, but as per my usual, I still had a sweater and jacket on! It was also Katie's first mission (go give her a cheer)!
Mrs. B's daughter had kindly already prepared the dishwasher on a trolley and tied it up tight, which made hoisting it up stairs, around the stair master and old house bends much easier! Once in the upstairs kitchen, we untied it and Katie wiggled it into a corner that looked as if it was made for the dishwasher - it was a perfect fit. Luckily a proper plumber will be coming to hook it all up, as neither Katie or myself have skills in that area, but Mrs. B's daughter was very grateful and is excited to reuse our services again!
