Vertically Challenged!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

It was a soggy, blowy litterpick this morning, but still a good turnout for Southsea Beachwatch. Standing straight was impossible and stopping the litterbag turning inside out was a struggle on a few occasions! Nothing out of the ordinary was found, just the usual small plastic items and Sweet wrappers - still making a difference. I didn't even find an item of clothing left behind by beach visitors. Found this lovely yellow flower which had managed to avoid getting blown about. It felt exhilarating getting lots of fresh air and the coffee afterwards tasted even better than usual. Look out for the next few Southsea Beachwatch monthly tasks being added to the Goodgym website.

You're a hero, Mel! The weather was just ghastly!!
I think we all were! I saw that the parkruns took place as well, so kudos to all the volunteers and runners there. I left a rather large puddle in the Coffee Cup :(
