Vaccineering
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Islington.

Every good deed by every GoodGymmer, and volunteers everywhere, have made all the difference this past year. It has been hard on all of us for so many different reasons, and it feels significant to be reporting on the light at the end of the tunnel, and not just the pushing on through the tunnel.
The other volunteers at the Green Lanes site couldn't have been more welcoming - giving me a careful and detailed tour and on-boarding of each step of the process. The carefully managed steps and the handovers from one person and stage to the next, to the next, is so well organised. But above all, it runs on people - our NHS and care staff, retired GPs and nurses returning to help out, an army of local volunteers (and the actual army). If you're on the GG site reading this, you've likely been doing your bit, and will continue to do your bit. Know that it all matters, and we're all in it together.
