Heeley Trust are coordinating volunteers to help out with the local vaccine hub. The excited over 70s kept on coming and we meeted and greeted and asked them some questions before they had their vaccines. The over 80s had to come last week when it was freezing and icy. Just Sheffield floody rain today! It was so quick with lots of staff and volunteers on hand. It was the Oxford jab today so no observation period after so they were in and out within 10 minutes. Really enjoyed helping out. Meeting incredible local people was really nice too. Good chat and great to see it seemingly going so well!
