Utterly Clutterly
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.
- Saturday, 21st of November 2020
On Saturday afternoon Oli and I paid a visit to Ms J, The task was to make the house a bit safer and move furniture out of the way.
Masks on, hands cleaned we entered in to meet Ms J and her son, They were a bit unsure how we could help at this time, until a deep clean was done.
The room was quite cluttered and there wasn’t much space to manoeuvre the couch or the drawer, But someone was coming to help tidy up, to clean the surfaces and clear the floor,
Ms J and her son decided it best if we came back at a later date, We might move things, and then they’d get moved again, Ms J was happy to wait,
Said hello to the cat, before our goodbyes and we left, Ms J was ever so sorry, They said they didn’t have a number to call and to cancel, we told them not to worry,
Hopefully the task can be rearranged once the tidy-up has taken place, We parted, who knows, we might be back to help Ms J make some space...
