Ms S and her daughter have recently moved home and hope Ms S's partner will soon be discharged from hospital to join them. Due to various health issues, help was needed to unpack the last of her belongings, which were still in boxes.

The first task was to move the boxes so that the bookcases and shelving units could be repositioned, ready for the contents of the boxes. With the bookcases in place, the boxes were emptied one by one, allowing Ms S to see what she had and to access it more easily. It turns out Ms S is a keen crafter and has quite a collection of crafting materials.

After a couple of hours, Ms S had emptied several boxes and filled just two book cases. This left a number of other storage units for the contents of the remaining boxes, which we agreed would have be tackled on a second mission.

Ms S was very pleased with the progress made and delighted to have access to her crafting materials again.
