Un-sinking the sink weed
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Hackney.

Weeds were starting to creep into some of the lovely gardens at Stamford Hill so a few good-gymers got together and teamed up with the estate’s community gardeners to remove those pesky plants!
To begin with the good-gym troupe struggled to find the gardening team because they were lost among the bushes but once we overcame that hurdle Victoria, Ruby and Kat were right in amongst them with trowels in hand! 👩🌾
After an hour of digging up nettles, dandelions and sink weeks the gardens were looking much tidier and ready for some new plants
