10 GoodGymers were tasked with clearing up to the communal area of Gale Farm Court.

The task was to clear up the overgrown garden and place all the plants into two bags. Luckily for us, there were plenty of loppers to go around...although we quickly discovered two bags may have been slightly optimistic

Regardless people went on clearing the weeds which apparently included many thorns and brambles:

I managed to prickle myself in the head

I’m gonna stop touching the brambles now

Ow! (x100)

Whilst the others were busy destroying the shrubbery, myself and Huw were asked to tear up a cardboard box so it could be placed in the recycling; a task which one GoodGymer (not so) secretly enjoys very much! When we returned only 10 minutes later we were amazed to see all the weeds removed and placed into the bags...and a large pile in the corner of the garden. Regardless we were able to get the communal area cleared and tidied within an hour. Good job everyone!
