4 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Penrose Roots to Recovery in Luton.

4 Goodgymers made their way to the Roots to Recovery Allotment where we took on the task of lifting some of this year's potato harvest. That done we headed over to the park for some sprints and a plank challenge before we ran back to town.
