Trunk and Bass(ment)
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Thursday, 26th of August 2021
Kenny and I met outside Ms F's building and proceeded up to the fifth floor. Kenny took the rickety old lift, but I was a bit nervous about it so I walked up the five flights. Ms F met us at the door, quickly showed us in and showed us the trunk in question. It was indeed very big and heavy so good idea to get some help taking it down to the basement. Kenny took the front and I held the back and we slowly but surely slid and carried it all the way down. Ms F was very grateful for the help and was quite concerned about how heavy it was but we managed it in good time. Once in the basement we lifted it onto the shelf for safe keeping until next summer when some more lucky GoodGymmers will be tasked with carrying it back up! All done and we were on our way after a nice goodbye from Ms F.
