Last night was one of my favourites. This run report is now one of my favourites... the bar has been set. Ladies and Gents, I give you the Magnificents Charlie & Debs account of last night.

"This week’s task involved helping out at Myatt’s field, shifting wood and compost. There were also lots of lovely sprint loops and circuits and a little over a mile run each way! Since it was our last week before we head out to Africa, we were treated to a fantastic singing performance by our fellow Goodgymmers. Turned up at Papa’s Park last night

Heard rumours of circuits, cake and beer gardens

Ran down the road, looked left and right

Little did we know that all the worst was yet to come

At last we got to Myatt’s Field

Hoping for a gentle run around, maybe some stretching

Who knew how wrong we could be?

Hurry up and sprint around the park!
