Too hot to handle
8 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Hounslow.

Today's mission happened in some scorching 34 degrees, and it is in such extreme circumstances when nutcases show the full extent of their lack of common sense. They like to call it bravery, commitment, or some other word normally prefixed with a hashtag.
And since we are not short on nutcases within GoodGym, Salwa and JP cycled from Richmond, and Matt and Eloise ran 14 miles to get to the Good Shepherd's church.
But that's not the end of it. They cycled and ran back at noon, leaving a track of melted tires and shoe soles in the tarmac.
Guys, please let me know that you are alive. I think I saw some smoke coming out of Matt's head before he went around the corner.
Oh, and the mission went well, by the way. We removed most of the brambles and ivy in the church's garden and met the very nice and charming Florian. He was covering for David who has recently become a dad.
Congratulations.

Running is easier with the right motivation, like being chased by the police or joining good GoodGym. Joining GoodGym is better.
