To tree, or not to tree
7 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Tower Hamlets.

What are you all doing here??
Hardly the greeting you'd expect from your Area Activator attending a session she'd listed. But such was my delight when a good little sized team met at the Mystical Meath Tree for tonight's session as the heavens continued to open.
We whizzed through heaps of moves, and in the absence of mats and floor work, practised agility drills over the Meath mounds; dips and push ups on park benches, endless single-leg exercises on the slippery tree trunk, not to mention some treacherous side plank crunches.
And then there was the matter of the 'teeny tempo lap'.
Not a peep, not a murmur... Just lots of beautifully executed reps. By a team who'd come out on possible the wettest night of the year, and some of whom came straight from a tough, woodchip-shifting session at Hollybush Gardens.
Team Monday - you are the business.
Until next week.
