Throw kindness around like confetti
13 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Oxford.

Goodgymers are innately kind individuals, so it is no surprise that people stepped up to the plate for Random Acts of Kindness Day (well week really).
This week people have volunteered at vaccine centres, shopped for isolated individuals and families, plogged, bought supplies for foodbanks, delivered prescriptions, bought treats for colleagues, added messages of hope to the Cutteslowe Park Positivi-Tree, bought pancakes to help a charity and brought some canine joy to a Goodgym session. The list really does go on and on and gives me such a warm glow in my heart.
You are all wonderful.
A special mention this week goes to our very own Rob who is fundraising for Oxford Mutual Aid by running 7 half marathons in 7 days. That really is putting your daily exercise sessions to good use. PLEASE DON’T BREAK!!
