Isn't it weird when the natural world seems to be joining in your conversations? Maybe that is just me...
As we set off for John Lampon Court in New Town we were aware of the looming forecast of rain...but not much could prepare us for the downpour.
On arrival (by bike and foot) we were a little damp! And then we managed to grout and sweep and weed between downpours! Cindy and her assistants helped out...especially by saving caterpillars and snails!
And with thanks from Tim, up in his room above the homes courtyard, we set off into a deluge!!! The sun, the thunder and the rain eased a little but we were soaked!!!!
It was refreshing I guess. But then a beautiful double rainbow appeared. Reminding us of the Colchester Pride event next month (12th August) that we had discussed earlier.
One to remember tonight?
Well done squad GG.
