The sticky bandits
3 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Sustrans (Solihull) in Solihull.

Last night saw a new task in Solihull, delivering leaflets for Sustrains, who create cycle networks all over the country!
With our leaflets in hand and the list of street to deliver to, Rob, Fiona and Chris set off with the task of seeing how many we could deliver in 45 minutes, which would then give us enough time to run back to base. We were greeted by some huge houses and driveways which gave us the opportunity to do some running in between houses but to also have a catch up along the way.
Once the 45 minutes were up and taken, a photo by a very festive tree in someone's front garden, we thought it would be a good time to turn around and run back to base. Unfortunately, we hadn't realised just how close we were to base so added in an extra loop around down the high street, stopping to have our picture taken with Christmassy cows!
Next week we will be back doing good again - this will be our last before the Christmas break so would be good to see you there.
