The Sky is Blue and the Palm Trees are really cool...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Wednesday, 22nd of July 2020
Mrs M's list today had an unintentional tropical theme to it (well at least in the form of her request for eight bananas and a pineapple), and so aided by the clear blue skies outside (though a disappointing lack of palm trees in the Kings Cross area), I found myself wandering around Tesco with faithful trolley in tow humming "Barbados" by Totally Tropical...again confession time for things I do to amuse myself whilst scanning the aisles for treasure.
Fortunately Tesco was well stocked with everything that Mrs M wanted this week, including the additional request for antibacterial wipes (not very tropical I'll admit) which had proved hard to find in previous weeks but were now back on the shelves.
With the estate car sized trolly fully loaded up, including the kitchen towel on the roof rack, it was quickly back to Mrs M's for a regular catch up - she managed to venture out a couple of times in the past week with friends but said she'd found it "scary" and as such she was ever so grateful for her having her shopping delivered to her door once again. Another successful landing completed, albeit this time in Camden and not Bridgetown...
