There was a change of plan for tonights Task as the our contact was ill and unable to meet us, so instead we decided to spread the word about all the good work Goodgym do by delivering our very own leaflets - this gave us chance to pick a nice longer route to run!
We met at the usual place, and after a quick warm up from Holly , headed off along the high street,( following Barbara's route ) then up Guildford road, before hitting Wych Hill Lane ( a rather juicy hill that certainly gets the blood pumping ) We stopped at the 3km point for a quick breather, then with Holly *leading and *Rob acting as back marker we headed down St Johns Hill Road. The plan was to stop at the 5km and start leafleting around Winnington Way. With some leaflets left we finished distributing them along Goldsworth Road. Once finished we had a leisurely run back where we learned Ann had signed up to The Winter Run 10km in February.
We completed a total of 7km in 45 mins - so well done guys, awesome effort!

Weather was so mild and made it back before the rain started. Thank you so much Nick for an awesome 2017 of GoodGym events. I feel privileged to be part of it.
