The fancy dress Christmas finale we have BIN waiting for!
4 GoodGymers made their way 10.3km to help their local community in Stockport.

To celebrate another year of Stockport GoodGym, our final group run of 2021 was a spectacular mix of glittering festive lights and a litter pickers haven. Think beer cans galore, confectionery wrappers aplenty and discarded takeaway boxes strewn everywhere. But our festive get-up got our spirits (of the none alcohol variety) high.
Our group run aim was to smash out a whopping 10km total run and collect as many Christmas sacks of rubbish as we could... all while donning our very best festive outfits. One Santa, one xmas tree, a reindeer and ... wee willy winky in his pjs...Rob?
Along the route, we had several locals commend our effort and take great delight in our activity which always puts a spring in your step!
We collected a very respectable two sacks of rubbish, make the streets cleaner and had chats of Xmas celebrations, half marathons and why Kirsty was holding an empty beer ca for so long! We also welcomed a new Stockfordian, Sarah, to our GoodGym family and showed her the festive (and none festive) delights that Stockport has to offer!
...We even saw Santa from afar emptying his sack!
