The Apple (Mac) Doesn't Fall Far From The Tree (Staking)
9 GoodGymers made their way 0.6km to help the Fratton Big Local in Portsmouth.

We joined the team at Fratton Big Local to help stake the saplings they planted back in March.
Unfortunately, the grass mowing team hadn't paid much attention whilst they tended to the area and had taken out a number of the little baby trees. We were able to salvage five of them and installed three stakes around each, so hopefully they will be much safer in the future. Harry proved to be our most successful stake smasher, closely followed by Dave who seemed to have a lot of anger to take out using his mallet.
Judy set off litter picking early and was gradually joined by the rest of the team as our tree task finished. Most interesting finds were a car wing mirror and an Apple Mac computer that had been stripped of all its valuables.
