Mr G was in need of his prescription and some shopping....
My day began with a sunny 7.5k jog along the river from Twickenham to Kingston, where I dashed into Sainsbury’s to grab Mr G’s prescription and look for his essentials. He asked for different herbs and SPICES. So many questions I ask myself in the shop. Is ‘herbs de Provence, just a fancy name for mixed herbs? What strength of curry powder do I buy? Does it matter if the black pepper is finely or coarsely milled? What is this lemon for? Did he actually say melon? Who knows?!
Shopping bought , a quick walk to Mr.G’s house for the drop off. We said our hellos, greeted each other with a smile and said goodbye.
Then... the final 7.5k jog back home...
