James cycled up to Frenford Food bank, and he and the rest of the team were well ahead with the packing when Linda turned up post ParkRun.

The usual bright breezy atmosphere of the young teens from the Frenford regular team was considerably subdued this week as one of them was overcome by some unexplained sadness. Everyone was concerned and offered a friendly ear to them if they wanted to talk but they preferred the company of their peers and it was sweetest thing to see the other teens rallying round them with lots of hugs and offers of support.

The rest of us decided the best we could do was allow them their space and concentrate on the job in hand. It took a little longer without the usual positive energy that the youngsters bring but its all part of the magic of Frenford that no matter what the job always gets done and done well.
