Sweetpeas and books for free! - home library drop #2

Today I met with Ms. R to deliver her second set of library books and collect any from the first drop that she was done with. I was pleasently surpised to see she wanted to keep ahold of the travel biography I had chosen myself, hopefully this will give me more confidence in my choices next time (for both myself and the poor library staff watching me dither!!)
In addition to swapping the books, I heard about the plans for the communal garden, and when we bumped into another resident there were extensive ideas discussed for repotting all manner of shoots they have growing. There was a particular sense of excitement from Ms. R at the plans for the Sweetpeas. I very much look forward to seeing their developments in 3 weeks time!
Ms. R seemed much brighter with the thought of COVID restrictions lifting a little and we had a very interesting conversation about the detriment of being 'locked in' - relating to both COVID, in addition to the jurisdiction system. I could have stayed to chat all afternoon, but had work to pop back to before heading off to the food bank.
I have a couple of requests to pick up for next time, and will see what other finds I can get to keep Ms. R busy, alongside the gardening!
