Sunday board meeting

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Mr P needed several packs of floor boards carried up from his car to his flat, to be installed shortly. His health has made carrying things very difficult for him.

Latoya and me were happy to oblige, getting in a nice bit of an upper body workout on a chilly Sunday morning.
We had the task completed in no time and Mr P was happy for the help. 😀
