Mrs U is shielding at home with her husband who’s she caring for. The shopping list for this mission took me on a tour of South and West Ealing and pushed me to run further than I have done in weeks.
Mrs U recommended a grocers in West Ealing which would have her husband’s favourite Gori Keri (Sweet mango) pickle and Chundo (Hot mango) pickle, plus some fresh veg and a bottle of hot sauce. She’d also asked for some fruit from Sainsbury’s and some super glue if I could manage to find some.
After an hour or so of running around the streets of Ealing, retracing my steps from previous group runs with GG Ealing along the way I returned with Mrs U’s shopping list completed. Another 7 miles towards the TeamGoodgymMilesforMind
