Squat a great effort!
4 GoodGymers made their way 1.3km on a training session in Warwick & Leamington Spa.

4 Goodgymers went all out with a fitness session this evening helping to improve their strength and endurance with a tabata session.
After a quick warm up at the Fat Pug, it was a short run downhill to the Pump Room Gardens and the bandstand where we found some handy benches. From here we completed 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated this 8 times for each exercise.
Our legs certainly got a good workout with lots of squats, lunges and burpees - but this was an all body workout with planks, side planks, balance work and upper body too.
Well done to Amy for her grit and determination with the tricep dips!
It was then a short jog back (uphill!) to the Fat Pug, with our legs feeling much heavier on the way back. James still had a bit left in the tank for a sprint finish back to the start.
Looking forward to next week and fingers crossed we can all walk tomorrow!!

Oh I like this idea, although I'd probably hate it in the moment
