6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Wandsworth.

6 GoodGymers kicked off GoodGym Wandsworth a few weeks early with a mission for the Get Active festival.
Promotion was the name of the game with everyone chipping in to tell the people of Wandsworth about the imminent GoodGym Wandsworth launch on 1st August. Chats were had and flyers were handed out as we got to work shouting about the wonders of GoodGym.
To finish off we hit the track for Wandsworth's first ever GG fitness session. New trainer Ana focused on form and got the group to think about what the arms and body are doing while the legs are pumping.
