Some like it dropt
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Tuesday, 7th of June 2022
Today I collected a prescription for Mr S during my lunchtime. He's unable to collect this himself as a result of his current mobility.
Although I distinctly remember thinking that I should definitelynot wear my coat out this lunchtime, I found myself wearing my coat four minutes into the walk, knee deep in sweat and regret.
Luckily, the walk wasn't long, and I'd managed to collect and drop off Mr S's prescription without any noticeable signs of dehydration. At any rate, I was able to say a few brief (I assume coherent?) words to Mr S before saying goodbye, reasonably smug that my mask hid my sweat moustache from the world.
