Huge Congrats and welcome to Ibrahim Alkhataybeh, Milly Cooper, Jaesik Choi, and Harris Arshad who attended their first run!
After welcoming our new runners we headed off in two groups for Lynwood Gardens. On arrival we were greeted and given the tasks for the eve, which included;
- Ivy pulling
- Path edging
- Wood Chipping
- Mound building
After a solid effort from all we headed back via an under pass for our very special 25 photo to commemorate @GGSHEFF being the 25th of the soon to be 50 locations in the country!
Following the photo we paired up for some quick circuits which included;
- High knees
- Wall sit
- Stair sets
- Floor to Ceilings
On arrival back at base we heard the latest news and headed in for a drink and a chat.
Until next time, happy running!
