Sofa so good.
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.
- Thursday, 18th of August 2022
On a refreshingly drizzly evening Bekah ran and Sallyann cycled to the task. a sofa an armchair two dining room chairs and a high backed chair had to fit into the parlour to make way for a hospital bed to be set up in the back room. Bekah showed her analytical mind and used the tape measure (that was inspiring supplied by Mrs Ps neighbour and friend M) to plan a strategy of where the furniture could go. it was like a 3d puzzle with an additional twist when M gently told us that a pathway across the parlour was required to access the electricity cupboard. However with a couple more measures and some 'to me to you' exclamations the task was done. Another step closer to Mrs P coming home from hospital. Wish you a happy homecoming Mrs P. Huge congratulations Bekah a regular at group runs and community missions this was her first mission.
