Six Hundred (not)Out!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Trafford.

Gwyn and Tracey helped out at Penrhyn parkrun. Although they only took formal credit for one job each, between them they chipped in with six different parkrun volunteer roles: run director, pre-event set-up, event day course check, marshal, post-event shut-down and results processor, supporting a safe, smooth running event for over a hundred happy parkrunners.
Afterwards, they walked the course and recorded their freedom time on the parkrun website. This double circuit around cylch mawr a cylch bach marked Gwyn's 600th (not)parkrun, so we celebrated with lunch in the castle cafe.
Congratulations, Gwyn, what a great achievement!!!
