Here's what Mrs J of BS3 had to say about the mission:

Thank you so much to the runners who came to help over the weekend, they did a great job and I couldn't have asked for better!

Mrs J of BS3, mission beneficiary

The mission today was to cut the front hedge for Mrs J. Armed with brand new shears Debs and I set to work.

So how have your branches been? Did the last cut work for you? Ok. So you want a little off the top and maybe layered on the sides? Snip snip snip snip snip snip snip snip... snip. So have you been any where nice recently? Snip. Hmm I’m going to have to use the secateurs here. SNIP. You should probably take better care of your branches and you seem to have a tree growing in you! Snipity snip snip. Ok so I’ve left the top a little wavy. If you don’t like it someone can sort you out with hedge trimmers!

After a couple of hours we were done and the hedge was looking much better. Another great mission in great company. The time flew by.

Shears for now.
