Self Isolation is Blooming Brilliant
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Newcastle.

Having had several calls with my coach about how she would love to have some plants to brighten her garden (she has been inside since the beginning of the pandemic, but was a keen gardener before her health problems), I finally tracked down some flowers and dropped them off to her today. 'I could kiss you!' she said when she saw them. Mental health is just as important as physical health at the moment and I know that seeing some colour in her garden will help brighten the rest of the time in isolation. It also make me smile to get to do a good deed for someone through goodgym again!
