Running off the surplus?
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Greenwich Co-Operative Development Agency in Greenwich.

Two runners had fun at the end of Plumstead Make Merry with the super team from Surplus Feast distributing the most delicious pasta and other treats to the joy of unsuspecting bystanders. Bereft of a marquee that couldn't be erected because of the wind, the surplus Feast team and their brilliant chef had nevertheless managed to prepare a fabulous banquet from food that otherwise would have gone to waste . They then set up an open air stall despite all the wind to make Plumstead even merrier with free food and information about their exciting free cookery and food skills courses. It was strange to walk around with lovely free food for all takers and was very rewarding. Thank you Surplus Feast and GCDA.
Sorry if the photos don't all come up the right way up
