Run For Your Knife
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Tuesday, 11th of August 2020
Ms. P is getting a new hospital bed this week, so Linda and I came along to help get the existing one out to the road for the council. Luckily enough the bedroom was right by the front door so we didn't have more than a few steps to carry it.
Ms. P's lovely carer was there to advise, and was able to provide tools when we needed them. The available tools this time were table knives.** Rather than try to slice the bed frame to bits, we could used the knives to unscrew the bolts that held it together.
On our way back to the main road we had time to chat quickly about how both silk and bubblegum can be surprisingly hazardous to human health, so watch out!
