- Tomorrow I take on the OCR world Championships, in the short course tomorrow and the Pro teams on Sunday - the weather is not looking great !
- A big welcome to David who joined us for his first GoodGym group run - it was lovely to have you and we hope you enjoyed yourself and you'll be back for some more action next week.
- Also a big welcome back to Rachel and Edwin who joined after a GG break. It's okay we won't take it personal.
GROUP RUN
Last night we met at WWF and headed to All saints Parish Hall in Woodham. A nice gentle jog to warm up for the task a head. The parish hall always have plenty for us to do and seem to always keep us busy. Last night was no different, with door frames to paint and a hedge to pull up. Every one took to action and we managed to pull up a whole hedge row... roots and all! A massive well done to everyone - it was a workout on its own.
NEXT WEEK Please remember to sign up for next week's task which is at Brockhill Care home - Please please remember head torches!!
