Robin's robbin a living

Cookie and Arba helped turn the soil at the walled garden (which everyone should visit its lovely!) to find elusive pieces of vineweed root to help make sure the gardens are not swallowed in summer by this pesky weed.

Not only were our feelow gardeners happy with us on a lovely day - chatting and nattering away, our fellow red chested birds were happy, gorging themselves on the worms that had been rudely thrown to the surface by our efforts.

Poor day for the worms though.
