Ted started his treble deed Saturday with volunteering at Cardiff parkrun
All 960 runners were delighted to see his smiling face as he coordinated the finish funnel
Some finishers were overheard speculating what they need to do to get one of these wonderful red bobble hats they keep seeing on runners and volunteers around the city
