Raking It In!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Portsmouth Residents & Visitors in Portsmouth.

Today, Judy and Mel were helping the volunteer group clear dropped leaves from one of the pathways into the park. We raked lots of mounds of leaves and some small branches of trees and old rose bushes, and everything collected in to the big gardening bags ready to be taken for recycling. Looking back up the path, our progress could easily be seen and one of the Park Workers used a leaf blower to get rid of any detritus on the pathway. The weather was lovely and calm and it felt good to be active in the fresh air having a good chat with everyone about all sorts before finishing and going on our way.
