Quali-Tea Shelf Stacking
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.
- Friday, 22nd of April 2022
- Led by Linda Sharman
We cycled up to Frenford Food Bank together to find they had just had a large delivery that needed to go on the shelves. Strong man James started shifting crates of juice, Linda was given the lighter job of splitting a large consignment of tea bags (no jokes please) into smaller portions. James moved on to filling empty shelves and was soon making himself useful fulfilling requests for the hardworking packers. Meanwhile Linda was given another lightweight job (Irfan was being kind to her for once! π) of creating a tidy breakfast cereal mountain. We finished with the usual satisfying cardboard box squish and cycled home racing against the dark...the dark won by a head.
