Quacking good fun
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 8th of December 2018
Mr J asked GoodGym for some help with his garden because he had just returned home from hospital and wasn't able to do much in the way of physical activity. The garden itself was in fine form yet needed a bit of maintenance and tidying.
So, after limbering up at nearby Hampstead Heath parkrun, GoodGym runners Frances and James paid a visit to get stuck in to Mr J’s garden.
An hour later we had filled several bags with weeds and leaves and assorted garden goodness, and given the backyard area a good sweeping. It was a garden transformed.
After a quick photo shoot with the local flora and fauna we said goodbye to Mr J and left him with a nice and tidy garden at the start of his weekend.
