Punctures in the sleigh
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Newham.
- Friday, 24th of December 2021
There was an obvious Christmas spirit in the Royal Docks Pharmacy on the eve of the Big Day, it’s been a pleasure to work with them over the last year and a half.
In the true spirit of a Christmas, once I picked up the large bag of prescriptions, I immediately got a puncture. I fixed this using my puncture kit and cycled for a good 7-8 minutes before I got my second puncture.
It was great to be outside on the back and these setbacks did not dampen the joy of briefly speaking to a very grateful Ms R and delivering her much needed medicine before Christmas. It’s been a pleasure to contribute to our local community with goodgym again this year and I hope everyone seeing and reading this report also feels an immense amount of pride at being part of this movement.
Merry Christmas all
