Mission

Pulses and minuses

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in York.

Ms J needed a pulse oximeter delivered to help her monitor her oxygen levels while she has Covid.

The delivery run had its 'pulses and minuses' - on the bright side I got the easy run on my training plan out of the way early in the day and Ms J will now be able to monitor her health more accurately while she recovers from Covid. On the minus side I got a little bit lost, finding my way out of Rawcliffe and landed at my desk/the dining room table for work a little bit later than planned (which wasn't really a problem, but I needed to pick on something to make the pun work, as the temperature was slightly above zero when I set off!)
